The Great Ocean Road considered to be one of the Wonders of the World, and here on a fine day
you can see why. The road itself is in very good condition and it winds along the coast for
approximately 300 kilometers. There lots of lookout points to pull into for the most amazing
views. Starting at Torquay it passes by Bells Beach, Lorne, Apollo Bay and finishes at
Petersborough. Absolutely must be seen and even Queenslanders (bless their hearts) have been
most impressed. Bells Beach is one of the famous surfing beaches where international surfing
competitions have been held. The weather can be very wild and volatile at times and the surf
very rough. You can take some great dramatic type photographs along this road regardless of
the weather. Just be careful you aren't blown off the cliffs and end up in the *drink.
